We’ve reimagined how websites work in Hail to make them easier to manage, faster to launch, and more flexible to customise, while keeping the simple editing experience you already know and continuing to improve it over time.
This is a big milestone for us. We’ve spent the past few months listening to feedback, testing ideas, and refining the templates to make sure they’re fit for purpose.

You can now choose from 12 professionally designed, fully customisable templates, built to help your website look great and work harder for your organisation (watch this space as we’ll be adding more templates over time).
How it works – just 3 easy steps

Choose a template – Head to your Websites tab in Hail, click Templates, then select a template to get started.

AI-assisted setup – Hail Assist prepares your layout and editable content, then adds it to your account

Edit and publish – Update content, adjust layouts, add features, and make it your own (with optional design support if you want it)
